Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The “Pin to Win” Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“EST”) on October 13, 2013 and ends at midnight EST on November 15, 2013 (“Contest Period”). We will not accept entries before or after the official period. Sponsor’s clock shall be the official time-keeping device for all purposes of this Contest.
SPONSOR: This Contest is sponsored by SteampunkGoggles.com, 365 1st Street, Hoboken NJ 07030 (“Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open and offered only to legal residents of the United States including all 50 states and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Void elsewhere. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, any other persons or entities involved in the development and/or administration of this Contest, and the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, and directors, are ineligible to enter or win. In order to enter the Contest or receive a prize, you must fully comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sponsor-designated judges, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Contest.

- Pin other steampunk imagery to your board – you will be judged on the creativity and composition of your board, including image selections, descriptions, hashtags and other factors so give your boards custom titles and descriptions as well

PINNED IMAGES MUST NOT:
Contain material which is in Sponsor’s sole discretion, harmful or hateful to any individual or organization, or which promote illegal activities. You must also abide by all laws pertaining to trademarks and copyrights.
LIMIT: one (1) entry per person, per email address, per Pinterest® account. Entries must be submitted by the entrant. Once submitted, entries cannot be deleted, canceled or modified. All entries must be received during the Contest Period, as defined above. Incomplete entries, or those containing incorrect information, will be voided. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person that submits more than the maximum allowed entries. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. The person submitting the Contest entry must be the authorized account holder of the Pinterest® account associated with the entry, otherwise, the entry may be deemed void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the entry will be declared made by the authorized Pinterest account holder. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her e-mail address during the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor when submitted and will not be acknowledged or returned to entrant.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES/INDEMNIFICATION: Each person who enters this Contest represents and warrants that he/she will abide by and comply with Pinterest’s Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy, as well as the rules of this contest. Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Sponsor, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors harmless from and against any and all third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of (1) any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations or agreements of entrant hereunder; or (2) entrant’s use of images on Pinterest® in connection with entrant’s participation in this Contest.
PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prizes are available to be won. Each Grand Prize has a $40-60 retail value according to pricing on SteampunkGoggles.com and is chosen at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor will ship prizes to each of the Grand Prize Winners to an address provided by the winner within the continental United States. Each Grand Prize Winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of prize winnings. All local, state and federal taxes are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Prize is subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent).
Each Contest entrant is eligible to win one (1) prize in the Contest. Each Grand Prize Winner must complete all documentation required by Sponsor to be eligible to receive the prize. If Grand Prize Winner does not take delivery of prize package upon delivery attempt, Grand Prize may be forfeited, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and may be awarded to an alternate Grand Prize Winner in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in prize delivery beyond its control. All other expenses and items not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules are not included and are the Grand Prize Winner’s sole responsibility.
WINNER SELECTION: Each eligible entry (pinboard) will be reviewed by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. On or about November 16, 2013, the panel of Sponsor-designated judges will select three (3) potential Grand Prize Winners from among all eligible entries received by the contest deadline, based upon creativity (50%) and composition (50%). Decisions of the judges are final and cannot be appealed.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: On or about November 18, 2013, potential Grand Prize Winners will be notified by email, using the information provided on potential winner’s entry form. Grand Prize Winners (or such winner’s parent/legal guardian if under the age of majority in winner’s legal state of residence) will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) to be returned within fourteen (14) days of written notification, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, or if potential winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the prize at issue based on the winner selection process described above.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the Contest entries.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES: By accepting a prize, the Grand Prize Winners agree to release the Sponsor from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the Contest or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded. The Grand Prize Winner’s entry, and acceptance of the prize, constitutes the Grand Prize Winner’s agreement and permission (except where prohibited by law) for Sponsor and any of their designees, to use, print, publish or broadcast, Grand Prize Winner’s full name, city and state of residence, photographs, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification.

DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Contest or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in the State of New Jersey, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these rules and/or this Contest. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
USE OF DATA: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in this Contest will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Contest as described in these Official Rules. In addition, by entering entrants agree to Sponsor’s use of entrant’s personal information as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is found at http://www.steampunkgoggles.com/privacy-policy/. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time without notice. Sponsor may use entrants’ information to send them marketing communications regarding promotional offers and product information.
